I wouldn't recommend it. Sulina felt like a very strange place to me. The beach was great, but I didn't find anything else there worth seeing. The hotel wasn't the closest one to the beach, and the WiFi was really poor. The rooms smelled bad, and the sheets felt like an unpleasant towel, with very poor quality.

I paid premium rates expecting a relaxing stay with good service, but a children's martial arts group took over the premises without any warning. There were lots of noisy, unsupervised kids running through the halls late into the night, while their instructors relaxed at the bar next door. There was no peace or rest, and nothing like the atmosphere I'd paid for. The on-site restaurant was also closed while the group was staying there. It wasn't due to renovation or a staff shortage. The hotel chose to shut it rather than feed the group. Guests weren't told in advance, offered compensation, or given any consideration.
