The room was hard to sleep in. We had to leave the window wide open, which brought in mosquitos, and there was no mosquito net. The mattress was awful, with springs you could feel, and the furniture was in poor condition. The LCD TV was about 32 cm with bad reception, nearly impossible to watch. There were several bad smells: smoke despite the no-smoking sign, a mold smell from the AC that remained even after it was off, and a smell from the sink or bathroom. The bathroom tap wasn’t properly clean, and the fan had dirt and debris on it.

I haven’t stayed there, but I saw a post saying a family was left looking for somewhere else to sleep at 9 pm, even though they had called and confirmed a reservation at 4 pm. A place with services like that shouldn’t exist.

We called ahead and had a room confirmed, but when we got there, they told us someone else had paid first and there was nothing left for us. They showed no respect for their clients.
