The staff were polite and helpful, and the food was almost okay, but I wouldn't recommend this place. Noise is everywhere, the walls and doors are paper thin and you can hear everything. The floors, including under the bed, slope, and hygiene felt rather precarious.

The reception guy was welcoming, a bright spot compared with the waitresses, who gave us sharp answers or tried to shame us for hurrying to an appointment. We've stayed here a few times, and the same problems came up each time. Breakfast was especially frustrating. It starts at 8, but at 8:40 our food still hadn't arrived, despite ordering earlier and choosing takeaway. We were told to wait longer, while people who ordered after us got their meals first. When we asked, the response was that they were busy. At night, there are no mosquito nets, and the ventilation unit they provide is extremely loud while barely working, so you have to choose how to suffer. The sheets were rough and uncomfortable, and we found hair from our previous stay a month earlier. The service was awful.

Prices are very decent and appealing, with good service and reasonable waits, though the staff weren't especially friendly. The restaurant serves good Romanian traditional food and lots of pizza, but the vegetarian options are limited. On a quiet Sunday night, the large room felt empty and not very warm. As a vegetarian, I couldn't find much to order, which is why I gave it three stars. Otherwise, maybe four.

The breakfast was good, the interior garden was nice, and the place was clean enough. But the parking is tight, and getting into the hotel could send you straight to a mechanic. Inside, the floor creaks and feels unstable in the rooms and halls. Someone walking past made our furniture jiggle. You can hear everyone through the walls. The bed was below average, there was no toilet paper until we asked, and we had to force the room door open.
