Pensiunea Carol

It's wonderfully quiet here, away from the city's noise, and the villa is in a great spot for a peaceful getaway. There's a large parking area at the entrance, nicely decorated with some trees and flowers. The hosts were courteous and considerate, and the rooms were clean, airy, and tastefully decorated. I have only good things to say about the place and staff, and highly recommend Carol guest house.

The staff were amazing and the service was high quality. My waiter, Andrei, was very professional. The food was really good, and it's only 3 minutes from the city, so it's a great place to stay for the night. I highly recommend it!

The wait was ridiculously long, over an hour, even though we had a toddler with us. By the end she was out of control. They do have a small playground, but most of the slide and swings were broken and seemed dangerous. The food was below average too. I ordered vegetables on the side and I'm pretty sure they were from one of those cheap supermarket microwave packs. The schnitzel was bad, and its breading was coming off. It's pricey for what you get. Stay away.

Casa Taraneasca, part of Carol, sits in a magnificent natural setting. Booking was easy, the staff were very helpful, and the food was great. I'll happily come back anytime. Thank you!
