We stayed in early August 2020, and overall we came away with a good impression. One dish we ordered, ciorba radauteana, was either old or seriously poorly made. On the evening we arrived, just one man seemed to be handling accommodation, restaurant orders, and clearing tables. Maybe another staff member didn't show up, it happens. Neither issue bothered us too much. We loved everything else, especially the outside, which shows how much had been invested.

The area is gorgeous, the food was very good, and the staff were lovely, always smiling. There was an issue with one of our rooms, and since no other double room was available, they gave us an apartment instead. I recommend it with ❤️.

Stay away. The place is bad, the food is bad, it's extremely expensive, and the staff are rude. I think the five-star reviews come from the owner's family and friends.

The place itself is nice, but the people aren't. Even when you pay, the food isn't enough. And sleeping on the apartment couch isn't okay either.

Really professional team, quick service, and very good food. I'll use them again soon.
