We couldn't sleep there and left that very evening. Even the room we'd booked as “non smoking” smelled of cigarettes, and it made my wife and me feel sick. We arrived in the evening and had to go through the restaurant's smoking section just to reach reception. As a nonsmoker concerned about my health, that was awful. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone looking for a smoke-free stay.

We waited about 1 hour and 10 minutes for four dishes, which was quite a long time. The food itself was good, though the portions didn't quite justify the prices. The restaurant is elegant and has a stunning view. Service was okay, with room for improvement, but nothing really bothered us.

The bar and restaurant are tidy, and the location is nice, but the prices are ridiculous. We paid almost 100 lei for two waters, two coffees, and a cheesecake that was awful and inedible. Felt like a rip-off. I'll skip it next time.

Our room was clean and organized, with an awesome view, but the acoustics were so bad that it was very noisy inside. At both reception and the restaurant, the staff seemed uninterested in customers and a bit impolite. We spent a night at the hotel and had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. The view there was awesome too, the menu had a wide range of dishes, and the music and sound system were nice. The food was disappointing, though. It wasn't tasty, the steak we ordered medium came well done, and the meat didn't seem fresh. Both the hotel and restaurant were expensive for what you got, so it's hard for me to recommend the place.

I celebrated with my family today at the Cincis by the lake. Our server, Iulian, was so kind and knew just what to do and recommend. It was a pleasure meeting him and having him look after us.
