After staying here twice, I wouldn't come back. There were dirty carpets, awful smells, and even old fingernails on the floor. The rooms felt very uncomfortable, the furniture was old and crooked, and the bathroom and shower were dirty, with water always left on the floor. The TV didn't work either. Breakfast was just as disappointing, with a broken coffee machine and food that seemed old and unappealing. Calling it “Imperial” and “premium” has to be a joke. A really bad experience. :( :(

The bus stop is right outside, with buses 40 and E2 taking you into the city, about 2-3 km away. There's a 24-hour supermarket next door, plus good restaurants and a currency exchange nearby. The Imperial Premium Hotel is in a new building with central heating and AC. Cleaning was good, breakfast was good too, and the staff were friendly. Reception was always helpful, and I thought it was good value for money. Don't forget to book.

The bed was comfortable, though the blanket kept giving us static shocks whenever we moved. For two people, we only had one large towel and two small ones.

Not worth it. There was no hot water, the towels were coming apart, and reception and the workers didn't respond.

Alexandra and Nikola were real professionals, and the service and breakfast were outstanding. The rooms were good and the location was fine.
