The room was large, the sheets and towels were clean, and the fridge worked. There is parking space, and the price isn't high, so it can do for a single night. The tub and curtains were dirty, though, and there was a lot of street noise. Come and stay, and the owners will have some assets to invest in upgrading the standard.

The staff were very polite and tried to help, but they can't make up for a decade of neglect. The rooms were dirty and in very bad shape: a missing door handle and bulbs, broken furniture, an extension cord running through the rooms, and a fridge that didn't work. It was very loud because of the adjoining street, and there were cigarette burns on the bedsheets. Don't go there.

Noise may be a problem: the place is by a busy bulevard, the sun roof window isn't exactly soundproof, and neither are the walls. Hot water isn't available in all rooms, the TVs are old, and the mattresses aren't very comfortable. Okay for a one or two day stay if you're travelling alone.

It costs too much for what you get. The shower was dirty, bathroom appliances were broken, the floor creaked, and the TV didn't work. There was no Wi-Fi on the top floor either.
