The place smells bad and the staff seem poorly trained. I can't understand the five-star ratings. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and to me it deserves zero.

The place itself is filthy, and the staff were miserable. I asked the doorman for a receipt or invoice for my payment, but he refused. Then he threw me out, angrily and arrogantly, while using vulgar language. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Consumer protection will be visiting to get explanations. Miserable, in a word.

We'd made a reservation and told them we'd arrive late, and they accepted that. Then, after 9 pm, we got a message saying they couldn't accommodate us anymore for technical reasons. If we hadn't found somewhere else quickly, were we supposed to sleep in the car? That's seriously unprofessional. They could change their mind at any point, about any part of the service. I wouldn't recommend these people under any circumstances.
