The staff were professional and deserve a lot of praise for their work and dedication, as they have been in past years. The problem was the boss’s unprofessional, disrespectful attitude toward guests. For several years, we’d spent a summer weekend at this peaceful, well-located hotel, with its outdoor pool. It used to be an ideal short getaway. This time, it seemed to me there was new management, and everything changed. Around 3 PM yesterday, the boss’s daughter’s birthday party took over the entire hotel: the business hall, dining area, lobby, garden, courtyard, parking lot, and even the street in front. It spread around an unsecured, empty outdoor pool too. The children and music were loud. The kids ran around the parking lot throwing metal cans, some of which hit guests’ cars. We had to retreat to our room because use of the hotel facilities was severely limited. When we raised the risk to guests’ vehicles and asked for the music to be turned down, we got no appropriate response. We had another night booked, but had to cut our stay short and leave at 9 PM. If I could, I’d direct this rating solely at the owners of what used to be a peaceful, excellent hotel. That rating would be -1.

We were recommended the hotel and were very satisfied with our stay. The rooms are spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and there’s convenient parking in the hotel’s own courtyard. The friendly staff were always helpful, and there’s a supermarket and gas station nearby. It’s about a pleasant 25-minute walk to the city center, and breakfast met our expectations. We did have one problem: housekeeping came into our room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, waking both us and our small child. Even so, everything else was very good. We’d still recommend the hotel and will return on our next visit.

There’s parking inside and in front of the hotel, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and the service was nice. It’s a pretty good hotel about a 25-minute walk from the city center. I’d recommend it for families and would gladly come back.

The hotel is in a very quiet part of Timișoara, with a short 20-minute walk to the city center. The rooms were very clean and breakfast was great. A great stay for visiting the city.

Excellent reception, with a nice bar and clean, pleasant, quiet rooms. Breakfast was good too. One of the best hotels in Timisoara.
