The Aristocrat Apartment

A comfortable, clean place near the city center.

The apartment is huge, and the owner was very helpful. It's clean, the price is great, and I only stayed one night, though I'd recommend it for a longer visit too. The historic city center is just steps away. Inside there's a very large bedroom with a beautiful traditional Romanian stove, two bathrooms, one with a bidet, and a roomy living room that always smells nice from the automatic air freshener. There's Netflix there, plus a second TV in the kitchen, which also has an oven. A laundry area has a washer and space to hang clothes to dry, and outside there's a small terrace with a sofa and coffee table. I was there with my partner for work. He needed an invoice for Italrom Inginerie, and the owner had it ready in the apartment when we arrived. Check-in was fully automatic, so we could arrive at any time, and the instructions the owner sent when we booked were very easy to follow.

It's close to the center, with a nicely decorated two-room apartment. There is a bathroom and a separate toilet, plus a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and ironing area. Parking took a little effort, but we found a spot eventually. There's also a terrace for smokers.

The apartment was dark, with no daylight or sun. We weren't given a bill or receipt, and the internet wasn't fixed until our last day of a three-day stay, despite being told they'd spoken to RDS.
