Zet Hotel

We were there for a friend's wedding and had a really pleasant stay at ZET Hotel. The breakfast spread was a highlight, with lots of variety, and the rooms were very comfortable. The reception's bold gold and black look makes a strong first impression. A comfortable choice in the area, with decor that gives the place a modern feel.

Our Rotary Club has its weekly meetings at ZET Hotel, and the staff's professionalism and consistently high service impress us each time. The restaurant also makes a strong impression, with refined food, a great wine selection, and attentive service. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, with a lovely balance of modern design and coziness. The hotel feels elegant and comfortable, and the location is close to everything while still feeling peaceful and exclusive. It works well for business, holidays, or special events. The place was clean and had parking, but there were a lot of problems. The tomato soup was so salty we couldn't eat it, and the risotto came with ordinary rice. In my opinion, a chef at a 5* hotel should know which rice to use. Breakfast had very few choices, and serving the worst eggs on the market, CODE 3, doesn't belong at a 5* hotel. Three stars would be more like it. There was no soundproofing either. We also couldn't get room service to answer after at least 5 calls, and they never called back, so I had to go to reception. Something from our order was missing too. Reception answered that time and said they'd bring it right away, but it never arrived. Both service issues were unacceptable for a supposedly 5* hotel.

The food was delicious, and the hotel has a great design with lots of attention to detail. The staff were exceptional and helpful.
