Hotel City

The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was nice. The restaurant was good too, apart from breakfast, which was shameful. The egg was cold.

Having parking available was a big plus, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel's interior felt haunting, with empty chairs and tables on the staircase making the place look deserted. The receptionist seemed overwhelmed and tried three keys before finding the right room. One of the wrong keys was for a room that already had guests in it.

The service was the biggest problem. Staff weren't polite, there was no organization, and they didn't seem professional or even amateur. They don't belong in the hotel business. The rooms themselves are good, but the air conditioning doesn't work well and the WiFi is poor. Breakfast is continental, served in a nice, small, traditional way, and the juice is good. I've stayed in many hotels, and this one is a shame. Don't waste your time here.

I ordered two Greek chicken soups, but only got one and a half because one container had opened and leaked into the bag. They also left out the cutlery, and the cheesecake was placed on top of the two hot soups, so it melted. The service was very poor and expensive. Don't eat or sleep here!
