2/10
We paid in advance for a reservation and got codes for the front door and room. When we arrived, the room hadn’t been cleaned or prepared. There was no staff on site, and after I tried to reach someone, I was sent a new code for another room. That one was clean, but we canceled and left immediately. The place is still being finished, dirty and neglected, and even a cat walks on the floors. Terrible stay, the worst money I’ve spent.

The room was very pleasant, spacious, and had all the amenities. The hotel’s location in Tulcea wasn’t good, though, and the area felt a little rundown and unsafe.
