Casa Judith

This was the worst place we stayed in Romania. The host was rude, and checking in felt like we were bothering him. There was no bell outside to let him know we were there. We banged on the parking gate and messaged him for 10 minutes before having to call, which cost us because we only had a foreign SIM card. Our ground-floor room was the first one, with basically no privacy, and it was loud. When we went out for dinner, other guests were trying to get in. They only got inside because we opened the gate to leave. The host had his backpack on as if he were going somewhere, and those poor people could have been left waiting outside for who knows how long. After I reviewed the place on Booking.com, where we booked, the dishonest host, who clearly didn't like what I wrote, pretended we'd never checked in. I can describe where the kitchen, our room and his office were in the photos he posted. I even have pictures and video from inside the room. In one, you can briefly see his little daughter giving me things she'd found on the ground. How could I have that if I hadn't stayed there? You liar! And now you're going to say there are pictures and videos of me at your place online, or of me with your daughter? You asked us to pay cash on arrival too. Just accept that you gave us terrible service and stop lying. It's pathetic. We stayed one night in your ground-floor room, and that's the truth. It was an awful experience, and you were very rude. I didn't post the picture of me with your daughter because she's very young and I don't think that's appropriate, but I can if you want proof.

Everything else about the villa was great. It’s just a little noisy because it’s right beside a busy road.

A lovely place to stay in Turda, with a great garden and a good host. I’d definitely recommend it for families with children.

Apart from the bathroom in our room, which smelled awful the whole time, everything else was really good.
