The service let us down. They had few beer or wine options, told us five minutes after we ordered that they didn't have the steak, and couldn't bring the pickled gherkins we asked for. My husband ordered a platter, but they forgot the included garlic. The food was average, not the great meal I expected. I think they were overwhelmed and understaffed. We'd gone for dinner because the restaurant had been recommended. The setting really is lovely and peaceful, with a flower and tree filled garden and a beautiful traditional terrace.

We enjoyed our vacation here. The sofa was really uncomfortable to sleep on, so I'd suggest replacing it. The policy for children is another thing you may want to review.

The all-inclusive food was whatever they served, with no choice, and it wasn't nice. This certainly wasn't the deluxe room we ordered. The door wouldn't lock, and when I told the receptionist, she just said to try harder. The bathroom door handle was hanging off, and she said they knew and not to close it.

The biggest draw is the Spa center, and the facilities all worked well. The host really cares about guests' quality of stay, and it's a friendly place to meet new people. The food is great too.
