This hotel is clean, comfortable, and seems either new or very well maintained. It's about a seven-minute walk to the beach and Acolo beach bar, right outside the resort beside the sign marking the entrance to Vama Veche. Being away from the crowds and parties makes it quiet and good for a restorative night's sleep. The owner is often at reception, very polite and friendly, and helped with a few things I asked for. I arrived a day early and barely slept in my car, so checking in here was just what I needed to feel good again. I went on one of the busiest weekends on the Romanian seaside, when the Assumption of Mary is a legal holiday and religious observance. Nearly every hotel in the resort was full and prices were at an all-time high. If you're on a budget, I'd avoid peak season.

It's clean, and there's always a hot shower, but the noise is a lot. The place is on the main road, and if you're “lucky” enough to get a room facing it, forget sleep. You'll hear every truck and passing singer. If you can sleep with the disco and club speakers blaring, this spot might suit you!

The room was clean and really comfortable, and Ema is conveniently close to the sea. It's far enough from the noisy bars and clubs, too. We had a great stay, and our host greeted us warmly and shared all the local tips we'd need.

The staff were lovely and very kind, and the room had everything I needed. It was clean and comfortable. One of the best places I've stayed in Vama Veche.

The rooms are large, with new furniture, and the service is good. It can be quite noisy, though: the doors are very cheap, so you can hear everything happening in the lobby from your room.
