Palace Beach Adriana

The location was great, the room spacious and comfortable, and the food tasted good. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. But it felt like paying four-star prices for three-star conditions. The hotel was unfinished, and our room flooded twice during our stay. We booked all-inclusive, but it barely felt inclusive: no alcohol before 1 pm, no snacks between meals, and a poor selection of drinks. Meals were never on time. We waited 30 to 45 minutes for all the trays to arrive from the kitchen. The pool and playground were included in the booking, but they were closed, supposedly opening tomorrow, always tomorrow. They never opened while I was there. When I told the manager the rules weren't clear, he was rude and told me to look them up on the website. After we paid for the room, we felt unwelcome. Outside the hotel, everything looked abandoned and desolate. It's a shame such a great location is wasted with bad management. We won't return and don't recommend the place.
