8/10
The rooms were clean, and the owners were super friendly. They pointed out local attractions to visit and accept vacation vouchers. We booked two rooms with balconies for two nights. I gave four stars because there’s no garden.

4/10
The room was small, with poor ventilation and no mesh on the window. I ended up killing five mosquitoes that were full of previous guests’ blood. There were no bedside lights, and the room was too cramped for a table and chair.

8/10
The room was clean, cozy, and just right for two people, though quite small, so it suits minimalists. I had no real complaints apart from the mosquitoes and dogs barking around the neighborhood.

10/10
The room was clean, and our host pointed us to a great restaurant. Everyone was nice, and the place was good value. I’d definitely recommend staying here when visiting Maramures.

The woman looking after the house made us coffee on our first morning and suggested places to visit. Everything else was just right, nice and clean.
