The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a good selection in the minibar. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and ready to accommodate guests’ needs. The facilities are superb for an affordable price, and it has that comfortable, home away from home feel. Highly recommended.

We booked two nights for my fiancé and me at Amarilis 717, but didn’t realize the rate was non-refundable. A couple of days before the trip, we learned we probably couldn’t make it. We called and spoke with Dejan, the manager. He said he couldn’t refund us, but reassured us that whenever we decided to visit Belgrade, we could use those two nights. When we recently called back to plan a visit, he immediately said he couldn’t do anything and that they were extremely booked up, before even asking for dates. Those false promises and lies reflect badly on the property, and I would never want to stay there. If he’d been honest from the start, maybe we could have worked something out and come for at least one night. It was a disappointing experience.

A great place for a business trip. Free parking is a big deal in Belgrade.
