The rooms were clean, and the service was good. Staff were friendly too, and Stasha was especially kind. The hotel is fairly close to the center, with a single bus ride getting you around. City buses are free.

The unexpected costs were the difficult part. We had booked a nonrefundable stay at the advertised rate, then learned on arrival that each of our children, ages 7 and 8, would cost an extra 15 euros per night. We had messaged ahead about the children and parking, so that came as a surprise. Parking is limited and charged nightly as well, so clarify that if you’re driving. After that initial confusion, the staff helped turn things around. Marko was particularly kind and went out of his way to accommodate us during the week. The team also surprised my husband with birthday chocolates and gave our children a thoughtful Serbian ornament. By the end, their warmth and professionalism had left us with a much better impression, and we had a lovely stay.

The price was more than fair for the quality, honestly even cheap. Everything else was great too: the location, clean rooms, welcoming hospitality, and reception. All of it felt perfect.

There’s no breakfast, which would have made the place perfect, but the kind receptionist can give you local tips. The apartment was roomy and very clean for the price, and felt like home. Staff were still kind even at 11 pm. If all the apartments are occupied, you have to park on the street, but that’s okay until 8 am.
