They cancelled my booking, saying the worker handling it was inexperienced. I'd booked for New Year's, had already bought my tickets, and couldn't find anywhere else. When I spoke with them, they were rude. They had other rooms but wouldn't offer us one or upgrade us. A terrible place. Then they replied as if I'd cancelled. Remember, you're the ones who cancelled. You messaged me on WhatsApp saying, “Please cancel your booking, or they'll fire my friend.”

We spent two weeks at Apartments Serbia and had an excellent stay. It was clean and central, and the staff were very helpful. We'd happily stay there again.

The place was clean and quiet, and the location put us close to everything. Check-in was simple too. I had a great stay, everything was perfect.

The room on the street side was stuffy and very noisy. It was also small, dark, and felt claustrophobic. There's no elevator, so you have to carry your suitcases up to the second floor. The listing says reception is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but there is no reception.
