Such a lovely yard!

The apartment has comfortable beds, a great shower, and a roomy kitchen. Its interior has been nicely renovated, with lots of interesting details and furniture made from natural wood. The owner speaks good English and was easy to reach on WhatsApp. There's even a friendly dog in the yard. I liked looking out from the windows and balcony onto the big green lawn in the courtyard. It has a countryside feel, even though the location is close to shops, restaurants, and bakeries, with plenty of public transport nearby. The bus stop is right outside, and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the center of Belgrade. You can park in the gated courtyard, which feels very secure, including for a motorcycle. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit to Belgrade.
