Best Western Premier Natalija Residence

I've been coming back here for five years, and I wouldn't choose another place in Belgrade. The rooms are super clean, the beds comfy, and the hospitality is amazing. I don't think I've ever met friendlier people. This little hotel is such a gem, I can't recommend it enough!

The check-in and check-out were quick and easy, and the staff were polite and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. It's in a quiet part of town, not too far from the center.

The staff at Natalija Residence were the highlight for me. Boris even found me a type C phone charger when I hadn't brought one, and everyone was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with my questions and needs. They arranged cabs, printed documents, helped me locate ATMs and shops, and explained transit options. I was in Belgrade for a week of quarantine before heading to the US, and this was my first time in Serbia, so I had some concerns. The hotel exceeded my expectations: an elegant boutique place with cozy rooms, a lovely outdoor patio, and really great food. I picked it based on the Google reviews and would definitely return if I get the chance. Highly recommend.

After a rough experience at the airport, I arrived in Belgrade around 6am hoping to find somewhere friendly and comfortable. I walked into a beautiful lobby and was greeted by two lovely people, the barman, who was ready to serve me a much-needed drink, and the receptionist. My room was comfortable and worked perfectly for getting my work done. I also used the spa and ordered takeaway to the room. Boris, the hotel manager, brought me a beautiful bottle of wine. The staff kept being helpful and kind through my stay, and even helped me get to the taxi when I left. They made the whole visit such a good one. I highly recommend this hotel.
