I stayed here on 31/8/2025 and had a nightmare of a visit. The room was filthy, with bed bugs and cockroaches, and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The hotel felt like third world country conditions. Staff stared and pointed at me while talking among themselves and making rude comments I could clearly see. The rooftop restaurant was dirty and full of trash, and the food was inedible, as if it had been frozen before. The waiter spoke to me as though I were stupid or mentally disabled, which made me very uncomfortable. At the high price they charge, I expected at least humane treatment. The disrespectful behavior continued throughout my stay. I’d advise against this hotel. Such a shame.

We stayed three days, and the breakfast menu was exactly the same each morning. A bit more variety would improve the experience. Still, the comfort, service, and atmosphere were top-notch, and we’d absolutely recommend Crystal Hotel as a refined, well-located gem in Belgrade. A strong four stars from us, with that one breakfast suggestion. The Crystal Suite, the hotel’s largest, exceeded our expectations: it was exceptionally spacious, beautifully laid out, and had a lovely balcony. Special thanks to Nikola and the front desk and housekeeping teams. They were outstanding, quick with requests, and helpful with local tips, making us feel at home. Crystal Hotel Belgrade is on a quiet street near the city’s lively areas. Great restaurants and bars are an easy stroll away, major attractions are about a 15-minute drive, and the airport is around 20-25 minutes by car. We also enjoyed The View, the rooftop restaurant, with its panoramic views and sophisticated atmosphere, a lovely spot to wind down in the evening.

A friendly, nice hotel in a prime location. The restaurant is great, with excellent food and a fabulous view.

It’s a high-quality hotel, smart and clean, with a very professional team. The rooftop restaurant is amazing, and its food would make any city proud. You can walk to St Sava church, and trams and buses into the city centre are nearby. The hotel sits in a quieter residential area, with Karadordev Park right outside. It’s a safe, suburban community spot.

The staff were kind and easy to approach, and they made sure everything was taken care of during my business trip. For the price, everything was just right.
