There’s a restaurant and bar with food available all day, and the staff were professional and accommodating. Our room was roomy, with a comfortable bed and room service. Public transport is nearby, and the location is good. Free parking out front was available over the weekend, but difficult to find on weekdays; paid parking is available at the hotel.

I was very disappointed by my experience with Zijin Hotel Belgrade, especially by how it dealt with my payment information. After my stay, the hotel charged a card I had provided only as a guarantee. When I asked why, I couldn’t get a clear or legitimate explanation. On my first phone call, I was told directly that the charge would be refunded, so I expected it to be sorted out. But when I called again two days later, no one seemed to know about that conversation. I had to go through the details and answer the same questions all over again, with no recognition of the earlier promise. The communication was inconsistent, the record-keeping seemed poor, and there was no accountability. A hotel that charges a guest’s card should be able to explain the reason and provide documentation. I was left with conflicting information and no satisfactory answer. This has seriously undermined my trust. An unexplained charge and the failure to address a complaint properly leave a very negative impression. I hope the hotel improves its service, internal processes and transparency around guest payments. My experience fell well short of what I expect from a professional hotel.

I spent a week here on a business trip and was impressed by both the hotel and the staff. The rooms were comfortable, clean, spacious and cozy, and everyone was polite, friendly and professional. The congress was organized perfectly, and the food and drinks were delicious. Excellent location and five-star service. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a new owner after previously being Austrian-owned, but the quality is still very high. The rooms are comfortable and clean, breakfast has a great selection, and service is fantastic, especially in the restaurant and at reception. The Wi-Fi regularly cuts out, which is the one weak point. Still, it’s a good place for a business trip.
