We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’ll be our go-to in Belgrade. The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are clean, and they brought us a mini fridge when we asked. The staff are attentive, courteous, and helpful. The location is great, about an easy half-hour walk to the city center.

I’ve stayed here twice. Although it’s in the city center, the place is tucked away and sheltered, so it’s quiet and good for sleeping and resting. There’s private parking, with a few restaurants, bakeries, and shops nearby. The staff are phenomenal, easy to communicate with, and helpful. Everything’s perfect. Recommend it.

We booked and paid through Booking.com. After arriving in Belgrade, we called and were told to wait for instructions on getting into the room. After that, nobody answered the phone or replied to our WhatsApp messages or calls. We had a kid in the car after seven hours of travel. This is outrageous. I’ll be making a big report to Booking, and I urge people to stay away and learn from this experience. If this place is real, it should shut down so nobody else gets scammed. Scammers like this need to answer for what they’ve done.

We stayed for six nights and seven days, with breakfast included at Lagano. The location is perfect, and the service was clean and good quality. Aroma market nearby is a nice bonus. Parking is the only general headache in Belgrad.

I’ve been here several times and can see that the rooms have been renovated. They’re clean, the heating is great, and it’s quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast at the restaurant next door is good. Excellent hotel, see you soon.
