Hostel Jedro

We’d been traveling all day and had a concert to get to, so arriving to this mess was stressful. The person who finally helped us gave us a number for someone willing to take us at the last minute, but only after we’d spent time going back and forth. Before the trip, the host had messaged to say everything was fine and they were expecting us. On arrival day, he ignored my message, and someone else answered the number we had, apparently unaware of our booking. I only reached Slobodan later through the new host. He acted as if we’d never booked, and by then our check-in time had passed, so a full refund seemed unlikely. I contacted Airbnb and got Slobodan to cancel so I could get my money back. A terrible, stressful experience. The host and the way he runs things felt very shady.

Bed bugs, and a filthy hostel. There were problems with bugs in some rooms, so I asked them to move me and clean the room. Instead, they blamed me for bringing the bugs and threatened me, saying I was a dangerous man. They told me to leave if I didn't like it, or pay for cleaning or extermination. When I refused, they tried to kick me out over this ridiculous reason. The staff, especially the owner, were very disrespectful. Don't stay here or waste your money.

This place is disgusting.

It's a revolting hostel, with bedbugs all over. Absolutely awful. Don't stay there, and don't expect them to bother cleaning properly.
