The beds were comfy, and both the rooms and bathrooms were spacious. Breakfast was good, too. It’s a great hotel, but we couldn’t use the pool or spa. Each time we asked, we were given a different reason, and access was one of the reasons we chose the place.

We stayed a couple of days, but the room wasn’t cleaned daily. They didn’t sweep or mop, or change the bedding. The pool staff weren’t efficient and wouldn’t let us use their services, and the staff overall seemed disorganized. Maya at reception was really kind and helpful, though. She sorted out all our issues, and she’s the reason I’m giving three stars.

The spa wasn’t working, and using the pool cost an extra £7. It was only a little bigger than my bath. Worst four-star hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I won’t be back.

We rented a room at Hotel City Code Vizura garni RENEW for November 12-15 and arrived in the evening after our flight. The shower cubicle had black mold all over it. I have asthma, and black mold in a hotel is dangerous to health, so on the evening of the 13th we asked to move to another room. The front desk said, “okay,” but we waited that evening and nothing happened. The administration took no action. On the 14th, I went to the front desk shouting and told them the shower was not only moldy, but clogged as well. The hotel only reacted after I shouted.
