We stayed one night while heading home from a school trip. The breakfast and lunch area was overwhelmed, and the food quality was poor. The room was okay, but there was no hot water, the internet kept cutting out, and the bathroom had no ventilation. To clear smells, you had to open a main window as well as the bathroom door. The staff were, well, ehh. The nightly rate was cheap, but I'd personally choose somewhere better even if it were farther from the city center. I read other reviews and realized that my friend and I had one of the refurbished rooms, with working AC, though there were holes in the walls. Other reviews also say the staff are apparently racist. I'll update this tomorrow after seeing how they treat one of my black classmates.

The rooms were acceptable, though the bathroom had a few mold spots. This hotel definitely doesn't deserve four stars. The restaurant service was the worst I've ever seen. Two young, tall waiters seemed unhappy to be there: they didn't smile, help, or pay attention, and had an attitude. Breakfast was really bad. Almost everything was gone from the buffet, including tea bags and bread. Tables were covered in trash and dirty plates while the two guys sat at the restaurant kiosk. I had to ask for everything. They shouldn't be working in this kind of job.

For years, the hotel management has treated nearby public spaces as if they were its own parking lot and dump. They direct tour bus drivers to park illegally, blocking large sections of passages and sidewalks. They also throw old furniture and hotel inventory behind the building, creating a little landfill. You need to do better.

I found a cockroach in my bedroom, and there's garbage all over the hotel. The walls are broken, and the air conditioner is always set to hot, whatever the temperature is outside. Why did I spend my money here? This hotel is disgusting. Don't go.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the price was good for what you get. Rooms are small, but they have a fridge; some also come with a kettle set, and there's a hair dryer in the bathroom. The served breakfast was below my expectations.
