I was looking forward to the stay, but the service was terrible. Staff were rude, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in helping. My questions and requests were mostly ignored. The food was tasteless, poorly prepared, and didn’t seem fresh. It also cost a fortune and wasn’t worth the price. The room wasn’t much better: the bed was uncomfortable, making it nearly impossible to sleep well, and it wasn’t very clean. It smelled musty and didn’t feel welcoming. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend your money elsewhere.

The breakfast was really bad, and water wasn’t included in the breakfast price, which was a surprise. Everything in this hotel felt very old and unclean. Worst hotel I’ve ever seen.

The owners and staff made our visit. The owner was incredibly kind and gracious, and the older gentleman working nights was lovely to talk to. We could’ve listened to his stories all night. The owner’s wife went out of her way to get us exactly what we wanted for breakfast. One evening, diplomats from another country’s embassy were dining at the restaurant, but the owner still took time away from hosting them to check that our meal was up to standard and see if we needed anything. They’re first-class people who clearly value your visit. Go if you get the chance!

The location has a green, countryside feel, yet it’s only about 20 minutes by bus from the centre, and the bus stops right outside. There’s parking, and the gates are locked at night, which made it feel very safe. Zdravko, the night guard, was awesome and let us in. The rooms are fresh, and the bed linen and towels are changed daily or every other day. The staff are friendly and professional. Great food, service, and prices. Highly recommend this hotel!
