Lumiere Hotel

I came away really happy with my stay at Lumière Hotel. Terazije is a great base for getting around: Knez Mihailova and Republic Square are only about a two-minute walk away, and I could reach most major sights, restaurants and shops on foot. That saved me both time and transport money. The staff were welcoming and professional from check-in, and helped with local suggestions and taxi bookings. Breakfast was another highlight, with a wide choice of fresh pastries, fruit and traditional local food in a dining room overlooking the city. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared. The hotel is modern, clean and stylish, and the rooms were good quality. For a central hotel with spa and pool facilities included, I found the price very reasonable compared with other 4-star hotels nearby. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Belgrade.

I come back here regularly for work because the hotel is dependable and fairly priced. The location is very convenient, and the rooms have plenty of space, a large bed, a TV and a well-equipped bathroom. The staff are attentive and professional. I’ve also found the massages to be excellent and sensibly priced. It’s clear the management knows how to run a hotel, and I’m always glad to return.

Everything was perfect, with just one small thing to mention about the masseuse who treated me. She was a kind, slim, black-haired woman and, for example, gave me her card for private massages when I’m back in Belgrade. She said she’s a physiotherapist and that the colleagues working there aren’t professional or good at their jobs. I wanted to pass that along so you can avoid any trouble in future. I hope I can visit the hotel again and enjoy Belgrade next time.

Our delayed flight meant we only stayed one night, though we’d stay longer next time. The hotel is new, stylish, very clean and right in the center. The rooms are a good size and have electronic controls. The TV didn’t work, unfortunately. They offered us another room, but we chose to go without TV for the night. Breakfast was a particularly generous buffet.
