The staff deserve the three stars I’m giving this place. They did their best to make our stay pleasant, and the owners seem to have let the property decline. Our room had two double beds, but one felt more like a sofa and left me even more sore in the morning. The kitchen sink wasn’t connected properly, so water poured out under the cabinet when we used it. The shower sink drained slowly, was mostly clogged, and smelled bad. There was some old, barely okay furniture in the garden. The location was decent, with fairly easy access to the city center by car. With more serious attention from management, this place could be much better. The room photos were taken after our stay.

The place looked abandoned, as the photos suggest. We had booked parking, but one of our cars ended up on the road outside what they called the parking area. The treatment was completely unprofessional too: because the previous guest chose to stay an extra night, they tried to put us in a different room from the one we reserved. One of the rooms they showed us smelled bad from being shut up. Mediocre at best.

The owners were fantastic, always smiling and ready to help. We had a pleasant atmosphere, professional service, and a great place to rest in Belgrade. I’d recommend it.
