The employees were incredibly kind and helpful, but there's only so much they can do when the owner won't take care of basic repairs. There isn't parking on site, and finding a street spot can be a challenge. The hotel itself is beautiful and has potential, yet small fixes seem to be ignored. The bathroom light was so dim it would be hard to shave or put in contacts. My wall-mounted hair dryer had no socket to plug into, just a hole in the wall. They brought an extra dryer to the room, but that left the bathroom dryer pointless. The room was quite dark as well, and one room had frayed carpet. None of these are major renovations, just simple repairs. It's another case in Serbia where a beautiful hotel and amazing staff are let down by an owner unwilling to invest.

Andjela on the morning shift and Marija in the afternoon were both lovely and very helpful. We were really happy with their excellent service. The hotel is well located, with the Danube, restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery nearby.

We booked well in advance, but the hotel cancelled our reservation because they couldn't reach us by phone. Our family was left without a roof over our heads.
