Villa K Apartments

It was easy to get around, with a bus stop nearby, a lovely tree-lined avenue, and a forest across the way. Shops and restaurants are only about 100 metres away. The place itself is spacious, colorful, clean, and full of the owners' positive energy. I'm a fairly demanding guest, but whenever I contacted either owner with a request, they were understanding and helpful. Thanks for making my time at your house great. Anna

We arrived quite late, but the staff had been waiting for us and welcomed us warmly. They showed us a safe place to park, then gave us the Wi-Fi password. The hotel walls have lovely little painted drawings. Our room was apartment-like, clean, and well organized. The bathroom was spotless and had a hair dryer. There was also a kitchen area with a stove and oven, plus coffee packets, dish soap, a sponge, and other basics. No unpleasant smell, and it had ventilation and AC. Amazing stay, I'd recommend it and come back.

I left a day early and he refused to return the extra money I'd paid. My registration plate was also stolen from his yard, and he wouldn't tell me which police station to go to. He gives no receipt or bill, apparently to avoid responsibility, and there's no surveillance either. I don't trust him at all.

After a long search for a decent Airbnb or short-term rental near Belgrade's Dedinje district, we finally found Villa K. It was modern, nicely furnished, and very clean, with air conditioning that was a lifesaver in July. The people renting it were lovely, and there was parking. No complaints, and we'll definitely stay again.
