The elevators are shared with people who live in the building, and they openly seem annoyed when hotel guests use them. It made things tense and uncomfortable. Even my children noticed and asked why people were acting that way. They’d never felt unwelcome at a hotel before. The staff, especially at reception, made the stay unpleasant. They came across as arrogant, cold and controlling, with a forced sour smile and a tone that felt like they were talking to small children. I felt unwelcome and unimportant. The cleaning staff were the exception, quiet and professional. There are cameras all over the hotel, above room entrances, by the breakfast area and around the pool. Being watched so constantly was disturbing and left me with no sense of privacy. It felt more like a controlled environment than a hotel. Breakfast was very poor. Food ran out and wasn’t replenished properly, and the small, slow household coffee machine meant long queues and kept running empty. With the staff’s attitude, the surveillance, the poor organization and the weak breakfast, there was no comfort or hospitality here. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The staff were friendly and great, and I was impressed with how spacious and clean the rooms were. They also provide a complimentary box of personal hygiene items. It’s a good choice for either one night or a few days in Belgrade. Highly recommend.

I liked the comfortable rooms and the spa. There’s also a pleasant lounge/library where you can sit and have a coffee. A great hotel in Belgrade.

We only had an overnight stay here because of an airline arrangement, so there wasn’t time to try the spa. It looked like a pleasant surprise, and the location seemed central. We’d consider staying here on a future trip to Belgrade.

Breakfast had a good selection, and there’s a small library area in the bar if you want to sit with a drink. The hotel also has a great pool, sauna and spa, all well maintained. Reception welcomed me warmly and were helpful. The hotel felt modern and exceptionally clean, and my room was in very good condition. It had a mini bar and facilities for making tea and coffee. I was very happy with my stay and will return when I’m next in Belgrade.
