The airline routed me through Belgrade and chose In Hotel for the night I had to spend there. Front desk staff were helpful and attentive from arrival through the whole stay. I didn't care for dinner, but breakfast had lots to choose from. The dining room manager seemed a bit overheated, maybe after a difficult evening. For the price, it was an OK stay.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient for the airport. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. Parking is the one drawback since it costs extra. I'd come back.

The smoke smell in my supposedly non-smoking room was awful. For a hotel calling itself four-star, it was surprising to find no kettle, tea, or coffee. I asked for a coffee machine, but it never showed up. There wasn't an iron in the room or hallway either, which I've found as standard in other hotels. There's a hair salon on site, but it never seems to be open, and reception said they only rent out the space and don't know its hours. This place seems to coast on an old reputation. I definitely wouldn't call it a four-star hotel, and I'd avoid it.

There are several restaurants nearby, which made this a handy spot in New Belgrade for a night or even a week. Check-in was easy, and the room was spotless and comfortable. Slept better than I have in a while. No complaints, it was perfect.
