We had a very clean, comfortable stay, and the open buffet breakfast was lovely. Happy Hotel is handy for a stop near the Bulgarian border, with the motorway close by and an OMV petrol station nearby. Reception and the rest of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for travelers.

We left without ordering after waiting around 15 minutes for any attention. We were there for lunch with our family, and it seemed a nearby table was getting priority because they were VIP guests. We tried several times to get the staff's attention and felt deliberately ignored. A very unpleasant, unprofessional experience.
