Hotel Pepa

We came with six adults and six children, relying on the menu's note that children up to age eight pay half price for breakfast. When I asked about it, the waiter was very rude. He said the cook wouldn't make a half portion, then went on about how he could pour only half a cup of yogurt. He kept up this nonsense instead of giving me a clear answer. Managers, please clarify this for your staff, or take the offer off the menu if it's not available. The way he spoke to me was awful.

We only ate here, so I can't say anything about the rooms. The toilet smelled really bad. Our waiter was polite, service was nice, and everything arrived in the right order. The food wasn't very good, though. Three stars.

The place looks a little dated, but it's very clean. The staff were lovely, and so was the food!

We enjoyed the meals, both how they looked and how they tasted. The wait took a really long time, though, and the waiter seemed annoyed. At least he understood a little English and Russian!
