The house and grounds were in such poor condition that it was embarrassing, especially since I'd booked the trip as a gift for my family. We paid $185 per night, which felt super inflated for what we got. The pool was the main reason we booked, but it was so dirty, with frogs swimming in it and no view of the bottom, that using it wasn't even an option. The cabanas were filthy, and one was missing its curtains. Inside, there were spiderwebs, bugs, and sticky surfaces. The TV didn't work, and the shower pressure made it impossible to keep the water on while showering. The pictures used must be years old and super saturated. I attached some photos to show what it was really like. For reference, the dirty wipe photo was after one swipe of the dining table. Owners, please take better care of the place if you want people to pay that high a price. I'm confused how there could be so many positive reviews from just a few months ago when it got this bad so quickly. It makes you wonder if those reviews are real and recent.
