My rating is 1 because the apartment is almost entirely buried in the basement and full of mold. The ground floor isn't just one level below ground, as claimed. Its windows are small and set below the ceiling. Lowest rating.

The apartment is clean and smells fresh, just like the pictures. The host deserves all the praise: very helpful, with communication at the highest level. ☺

It's 500m from the center and 750m from the aqua park, the Zoo, Vivo shopping park, and the wax museum. The location is perfect, the place is very clean, and the host is friendly.
