The staff made our three nights at Mammoth Hotel a great experience. Right from arrival, they were kind and helpful, going out of their way with advice on getting around Kopaonik, finding an instructor, and choosing places to eat. They even helped us learn some Serbian, which felt like a lovely personal touch. Larisa and Andrea deserve a special thank you. They were especially welcoming, kind, and lovely to spend time around. The hotel was well worth the price, and the team also helped us plan the rest of our trip in Serbia. We'd recommend Mammoth Hotel without hesitation. Thanks so much for everything!

The team made us feel at home, and that was the best part of the stay. The hotel also exceeded my expectations: just a couple of minutes on foot from the slopes, with a well-equipped ski room and bars and restaurants nearby. Our room was spotless and everything seemed new. Breakfast was great too.

The apartment was great, with new furnishings and everything needed for a holiday. It was perfectly clean, warm, and had space for ski gear. The restaurant looks gorgeous, and the food is great too. The welcome from the staff was so warm and friendly. The hotel is in a great spot, right in the centre but quiet and close to the ski tracks.

We arrived in Kopaonik at 2 a.m. without booking anything, assuming we'd find a hotel with a 24-hour reception. There wasn't one, so we searched online, found Aparthotel Mamut, and started calling and messaging the owner. They were so sweet and, even without a 24-hour reception, offered us a room. It turned out to be the coziest, nicest hotel. The exterior, interior, room, and restaurant were all beautiful, really everything felt perfect. The employees were lovely and helpful, always there with a smile. The food was excellent, and we wanted to try every dish on the menu. I'm glad we did. For me, it's the best hotel we've stayed at in Europe. We highly recommend it!
