Apartment C16 Hotel Milmari

The rooms are fine, but the staff were terrible and rude. The spa was disgusting and dirty, with plastic bags, pigeon feathers, and poop all over. If zero stars were possible, I’d give even less. I’m never coming back.

This is only a review of the wellness and spa area. We weren’t hotel guests, just visitors to the spa centre, and this was anything but a spa experience. We chose Milmari from the many spa options on Kopaonik and called reception first to check that the pool water really was 30 degrees, as stated. We had our four-year-old with us, but the water was cold. Around ten older kids were jumping and screaming in the pool, with nobody watching them or telling them that it was strictly forbidden. There was no music, no air, no atmosphere at all. Between the pool and saunas there’s a sort of cafe. Three men sat there drinking and SMOKING for hours. It was so dirty and disgusting. And to be clear, it isn’t a separate area, it’s right by the pool entrance. I tried not to vomit. The father and child literally ran away, while I went to the saunas, unfortunately. None of them was anywhere near hot enough or properly maintained, and the wooden barrel had no water to pour on the stones. I filled it and poured some water myself, but the sauna still wasn’t heated enough. Jesus! I tried two saunas, then gave up, showered, and left shocked and disappointed. I wanted water after leaving the “sauna,” as I always drink plenty of water at every spa I’ve ever visited. There was no drinking water available. You could order a bottle from the restaurant bar upstairs, if you wanted. Going there wet, frozen, and naked, then paying extra, after we’d already paid more than 50€ to enter this horrible place? No thanks. Even a zero rating would be too much for this experience. Shame on you, hotel Milmari/wellness and spa!

The staff were so friendly and attentive to everything I needed. The food and service deserve 10 stars, and the indoor and outdoor pools were just great. The spa was great too. This was the most amazing experience Serbia has given me. Thank you, Milmari, for spoiling me!

The rooms were clean and warm, but this was the worst place I’ve stayed for a vacation so far. The women who clean were very aggressive and acted like they worked for the FBI. The walls are really thin, so you can hear everything from the room next door or above. After 4 pm, I couldn’t find anyone working at the resort, so if something happened, I’d have to figure it out on my own. There was no parking space reserved for guests staying at the resort. A very bad resort for the money you pay.
