Grand Hotel & SPA

The ski-in/ski-out location made a winter holiday very convenient. Rooms were spacious, modern, comfortable, and very clean, with details well considered. The hotel's common areas are thoughtfully designed and maintained, and it has an elegant but pleasant atmosphere. Staff were polite, professional, and available whenever needed, which made everything easy. Breakfast and dining were consistently good, high quality, and well organized. Viceroy Kopaonik met my expectations for a premium mountain hotel, and we'd gladly return. Highly recommended.

The staff are what made Viceroy Hotel stand out for me. They were warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a real smile. I felt at home from the first day, and their hospitality stayed with me after leaving. The food and drinks were another highlight. Meals were fresh, delicious, and beautifully served, and the bar had a great selection of cocktails and spirits. Breakfast, dinner, and even a late drink all exceeded expectations. The hotel is stunning and comfortable, with spacious, elegant rooms that were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Everything feels thoughtfully designed. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely return.

The stylish hotel has a great location, and our room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, though the selection wasn't especially broad. A few things made the stay disappointing. Sleep was poor because the room air was extremely dry and the pillows were cheap. There were no minibar prices in the room, so we assumed it was complimentary, but we were charged at checkout. Despite being a ski-in/ski-out hotel, storing ski gear cost extra. And charging for parking at a five-star hotel is ridiculous.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and everything was very comfortable. The hotel has amazing views and a perfect location, with direct access to skiing. Service was top level, especially from Anastaija in reservations. She was very professional and helped me a lot.
