The hotel is right by the ski lift, and it’s spotless and very well maintained. Service was outstanding, and breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. I’m definitely coming back next year.

The food was okay, but after we’d finished eating, the restaurant told us they wouldn’t take a card and wanted cash only. We had to use the hotel ATM and were charged a 500 dinar commission. If they’d told us upfront, I would’ve gone somewhere else. Because of this scam, I’ll never return.

Everything else was very good. But at reception, the girl returning my passport said I had to pay 5 euros for a water bottle, even though I hadn’t touched anything from the bar. Then I gave her 20 euros and got 10 euros and 500 denars back.

We liked it a lot. It’s pet friendly and close to walking trails, with nice breakfast choices, a good wine selection, and a dinner menu. The rooms are nicely furnished and well kept, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The stay was relaxing, with clean, comfortable rooms and a calm atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were attentive, friendly, and keen to make sure guests were happy. There were plenty of amenities for relaxing and having fun, and everything felt well cared for. A very nice hotel, and I’d highly recommend it for a memorable getaway.
