There are hourly shuttles to the slopes, and the spa is one of the best centres in Serbia. It has separate areas for kids and adults, though people don’t always follow the rules. The included food was great. You should also visit the other Restaurant and try the truffle goulash.

The children’s pool was a nice way to unwind after skiing, and the meals were varied and tasty. We came with a ski camp, and everything was organized really well. The shuttle to the slopes ran flawlessly, while renting equipment was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly, professional and ready to help, and the whole stay went smoothly without issues. I’d recommend Kraljevi Čardaci for ski camps, families and organized groups. We’ll definitely come back!

The two saunas, one cooler and one hotter, were both nice, and we enjoyed the Turkish bath after swapping it for the hammam, which was out of order. Nobody told us about the hammam before we paid, and no one showed us around or explained what the spa offered. The Turkish bath worked well, though there was dirt on the floor. The indoor pool’s jacuzzi was much colder than expected. Noise and chaos made it hard to relax. People spoke loudly, and even with signs asking for quiet, nobody stepped in to keep the peace. The old, small towels got soaked quickly. When we asked for extra towels on the way out, we were told only one was allowed. They eventually gave us more, but reluctantly, so we could dry off before leaving. For 40€ per person, the service, facilities and atmosphere all felt lacking.

The kid animators were the best, A+, while the rest of the staff get a B-. There’s a nice playroom for kids, a decent restaurant and a spa, though the spa is a bit overpriced if it isn’t included in your rate. That’s about all the resort offers locally. For a walk, a shop or anything else, you need to drive 15 min to the centre. Great place, but short on local activities.
