We hardly had the place to ourselves while we were there, probably because there wasn’t enough snow, and that suited us. There was lots of parking. The rooms were great and warm, with a nice view facing the parking lot. Each apartment is different, probably depending on its owner, but they’re quite new and well furnished. The resort is still being built, which is probably its only downside. I liked the warm underground corridor connecting the huts. In the first hut there were ski lockers in the basement, and the corridor led to a small market, restaurant, pub and a pretty large, nice spa with two pools, hot tubs, salt room, sauna and Turkish bath. You can ask about a discount if you’re staying at the resort. When there’s snow, a walking-distance anchor lift should connect to the rest of the Kopaonik ski area. Otherwise, get a weekly ticket for 800rsd to the Kopaonik area, so you don’t have to pay 300rsd each time you go to the central ski area.
