10/10
The room was clean, lovely, and just right for my stay. The amenities were great, and the staff were incredibly helpful. I had a great experience at Hotel Lama.

2/10
There was no soundproofing, and the view from the window was of a landfill. The location was very inconvenient. Wi-Fi barely worked and sometimes stopped completely. Staff kept coming into the room to check, ignoring the do not disturb sign. At checkout, they tried to get money from me for items they claimed were missing from the minibar.

8/10
It's a lovely, very quiet place on the outskirts of the city, with a beautiful garden. Breakfast could be better, but I can't complain. Highly recommended.
