The room was comfortable overall, and the staff were kind and helpful. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the city center.

10/10
The location made it easy to get around Kragujevac, with attractions and amenities close by. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help, and their professionalism made my stay enjoyable. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed, modern furniture, and the essentials I needed. It was spotless and well maintained. I also liked the stylish modern decor and welcoming, comfortable feel of the lobby. President De Luxe Hotel is a convenient base for a business or leisure visit. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it offers modern accommodation and high-quality service. I highly recommend it.

They say they're dog friendly, but once we arrived, they told us we couldn't have the royal suite because our dogs were too big. There's a photo attached showing their size. They offered to put the dogs somewhere separate, which was a no for us, so we cancelled the booking.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with everything you need, comfortable beds and pillows, and an amazing bathroom with a bathtub. The staff have a great attitude, and the hotel is near the center.

The place is well located near downtown and the staff are nice. The rooms aren't so great.
