The rooms were in really poor shape and badly need renovating, unless we happened to get the only two unattractive ones. Breakfast was just okay. The receptionist, though, deserves five stars: our car broke down and we couldn't arrive for check-in on time. Since there isn't a 24-hour reception, they agreed to leave the keys somewhere we could find them, and we got into our rooms at midnight.

It's often fully booked, and the service is of a good standard. The hotel is clean and close to the city center. Right next door, the 3 'O' shop has a great range of household goods, with prices often among the city's best.

The staff are nice, and the place is clean and pleasant. But the rooms have very poor sound insulation. Two people in the room beside mine talked constantly, and I could hear everything.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served cold, but for the price and quality it’s fine. I keep coming back whenever I visit Kragujevac.

The reception was very welcoming, and the facilities are good. There’s a minibar as well. A great value for the money.
